Returns, Exchanges, Cancellation and Shipping Details

I accept cancellations within 24 hours, If there is an issue with an order, please contact us asap and we can work to resolve this! As made-to-order items can take 14 working days to process, we can not guarantee a date of delivery unless this has been confirmed before purchasing. If an order is placed and not received by a certain date without prior confirmation, we very unfortunately cannot accept any cancellations or refunds because of this.

For items not including earrings, if you’d like to return please contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund, or 14 days for store credit. We will accept returns on items in perfect condition, this means unworn and unused. We don’t offer free postal return, so the cost of returning the parcel is your responsibility. All returns must be sent back in original packaging and we recommend tracked delivery, as we can’t take responsibility or process refunds for lost or undelivered items.

The shop is very busy after launches! Please make sure all information including addresses are correct.

Due to hygiene, returns are not accepted. If unhappy with an item once received, please let us know immediately so we can work to resolve this in the best way possible! If an item arrives damaged, please send an email to hello@sabistudio.co.uk and we will work asap to resolve this issue. If contacted after 1 month of delivery, unfortunately we will be unable to accept responsibility of any damages.

All items are handmade, and therefore some small imperfections may occur. These imperfections may include slight variances in colour that differ slightly from the screen, pattern or any small marks that do not compromise the aesthetic or functionality of the item. Unfortunately returns and refunds will not be accepted because of these. if in any way unhappy with a purchase, please send us an email so we can find a solution as we want all of our customers to be totally happy with their purchase!

Please read the description of each item before purchasing, Polymer clay does not possess the same properties as ceramic, it is a very lightweight material that will break if bent forcibly. All items must be handled with lots of love and care! Please store in the Sabi box when not in use and out of direct sunlight. Although the earrings and slides are glazed, if stored with other metal jewellery, the gloss and paint may scratch. Please don’t wear to bed or in the shower, look after them like pieces of artwork! To clean, wipe with a non abrasive damp cloth and dry with a non abrasive dry cloth.

Unfortunately, we are not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to process an order, and if a package is lost by Royal Mail, we unfortunately cannot give refunds, but we will happily help claim any money possible back from Royal Mail. If the address given is wrong and an item does not reach the desired destination because of this, we again unfortunately cannot give refunds. Once an item has been sent, we cannot accept responsibility for issues that may be caused by Royal mail, including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc. However we will try help in any way, as much as possible!

Dispatch times are usually around 2-5 working days

Any orders that include a made-to-order item will be shipped when the item has been made. Please order separately if wanting a ready-to-ship item to arrive before a made-to-order.

Workshops require a 50% non-refundable deposit, if the workshop is cancelled within 48 hours before the workshop, a full charge of the workshop will be made. If you need to reschedule a workshop, this is no problem as long as there is 14 days notice and the date you desire is available.

Commissions require a non-refundable 50% deposit. the other 50% of the payment will be made after images of the commission have been sent and confirmed by you. Any changes may require an extra fee due to added time and materials. Payment must be made before the items are sent.
